A perfect example of client and designer coming together to complete the picture. Fully invested in the design details, clients were an essential contributor to the project's success, as they always are. Custom details include a Suntunnel/ LED lighting channel in the Hallway, fireplace in the Living Room, "light box Bathroom", hand painted concrete tiles in the Powder Room, floating hood and inset pop-out outlets in the Kitchen. Providing natural light was one of the biggest goals on this project, followed by a clean look and high functionality with ample negative space.
